Don’t Go to the USA Embassy to Apply for a Study Visa Without These Documents
Required Documents:
- International passport with at least 6 months validity
- 2 Passport Photographs
- Birth certificate
- Resumé
- Driver’s license
- Ds-160 confirmation printout
- Service fee receipt
- I-20 form
- Visa fee receipt
- Email printout of admission offer or acceptance letter
- A list of all the colleges/universities applied to
- Financial aid or scholarship letter
- Emails with professors who have agreed to work with you
Admission Application Package:
- Statement of Purpose (SOP)
- Transcripts
- Degrees
- Recommendation letter
- Employment contract (if applicable)
- Bank statement of yourself or your sponsor (6 months old)
For Applicants with a Sponsor:
- Sponsor’s payslip
- Sponsor’s credit cards
- Sponsor letter
- Affidavit of support
Additional Documents:
- Loan certificate (if using a loan)
- Proof of funds (even with scholarship or grant)
