Documents needed to apply for scholarships (note, sometimes you can start with just a passport and transcript):

Also budget for application fees if applying to the US or Canada. Some universities in Estonia and Italy also charge application fees. If applying to Germany, budget for UniAssist fees.

For recommendation letters, sometimes you will have to upload the letter yourself or you may be required to input the official email address of your referees so that the referral link will be sent to their email address.
