"Belly Dancer (Bananza)" is a song by Akon, released on June 27, 2005, as the fourth single from his debut studio album, Trouble, through SRC and Universal Records. Produced by Akon, the track sampled Fun Boy Three's "The Lunatics (Have Taken Over the Asylum)" and Treacherous Three's "Body Rock," while also borrowing from the chorus of Buffalo Springfield's "For What It's Worth." It peaked at number 30 on the Billboard Hot 100 and reached the top ten in the United Kingdom, and a remix featuring Kardinal Offishall later appeared as a B-side to "Pot of Gold." The song was later featured in the 2009 teen comedy film Fired Up!.
