"Olufunmi" is a song by Styl-Plus from their 2003 EP Olufunmi/Runaway/Call My Name. The emotional ballad told the story of a man pleading with a woman named Olufunmi not to leave him despite pressure from family and society over his financial situation. Built around soft harmonies, acoustic melodies, and heartfelt storytelling, the song connected strongly with young Nigerians at the time because of its realistic portrayal of love, class differences, and relationship struggles.
