African China – London Fever

"London Fever" is a song by African China, the title track of his 2006 album of the same name, originally issued on the Globedisk Music Ltd label on October 30, 2006. Recorded in Nigerian Pidgin with a driving afro pop groove, the track opened a nine song project rounded out by cuts such as "Baba God," "Western Union," and "Home Call". The album arrived the same year as African China's Mr. President, placing it in the same prolific run of his career that later produced "No Condition Is Permanent." Decades later, the album resurfaced on streaming platforms through reissues from Blue Pie Publishing and 45 Entertainment, keeping the title track in circulation for a newer generation of listeners.
